This office is like family!! I can't say enough great things about Dr. Banks and the rest of the office. The office has state-of-the-art equipment, Dr. Banks is supremely knowledgeable, the dental hygienists are absolute sweethearts/masters of cleaning teeth, and the office staff never fail to single-handedly make my day with delightful conversation and above-and-beyond assistance dealing with insurance. I could go on and on, but if you're looking for a new dentist, look no further because Dr. Banks' office is simply the best.

I have been going to Dr Banks for years and I am extremely satisfied. He works at a state of the art facility as well as courteous. My whole family goes to his practice.

Dr. Mays has been my dentist for over 20 years. Once, years ago, I called him to express a concern about an employee. One time. Twenty years. That's a pretty good run as far as I am concerned. If I had any complaint it would be a delay in getting up on technology (I want an email not a post card reminder). Lastly, and this is a shout to all dentists everywhere, when you're cleaning teeth and you use that utensil to squirt water in my mouth it is cruel and unusual punishment to have that water colder than ambient air. It is jarring and painful to get blasted with the cold water. I have mentioned this and have been told that in-line heaters are made for these devices which now makes the whole thing deliberate. It is as if all dentists everywhere are saying to us, "Yes, we have a solution to your suffering and it is within our power to execute this solution but we prefer to watch you suffer."

Dr. May's ability to minimize pain is nothing short of miraculous. His staff is second to none and makes you feel like family.

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to Dr. Bob Mays and his staff for their continued professional care. I have been going to Dr. Mays and Dr. Banks for more than 20 years. Dr. Mays and Dr. Banks has always given me his undivided attention to answer any questions and to explain everything about the procedures involved. I have never experienced any discomfort, whatsoever, with any dental work being done! That is one of the most important things to consider when going to a dentist! Dr. Mays and Dr. Banks has been the first dentist to give me a "pain free" dental care. He is assisted by Maria who goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. She is extremely proficient in all aspects of her professional skills. I have not had to wait for my appointments. I am most often taken early and the exam completed in a timely manner.

When you enter Dr. Mays and Dr. Banks' office you are cordially greeted by Jodi, who is friendly, attentive to your needs, keeps you informed of your account and your scheduled appointments. Tina is always happy to greet you and assist whenever needed. Tina makes you feel right at home. She brightens up the day. Gretchen is my hygienist, and she takes care of my teeth cleaning and x-ray needs. Belle is my wife's hygienist. They both are very kind and professional; taking the time to help us feel comfortable while adhering to their duties.

Today, I completed having six Porcelain Veneers put on my front teeth. What a difference! Dr. Mays and Dr. Banks discussed all the treatment options with me and answered all my questions. The work is completed, and now the dramatic difference has changed the way I look and feel about myself. I can now smile! And, with the whitening kit all my teeth match for an even brighter smile! I am very pleased with the entire process.

Dr. Mays and Dr. Banks offers an array of comprehensive services. He and his staff are there to meet your every need. I truly feel comfortable visiting Dr. Mays and Dr. Banks and his wonderful staff. I am confident that if I have an emergency, they will be there to help. I wish them all a safe and happy year to come!

In 1999, when I moved to Sparks, I was referred to Dr. Mays and Dr. Banks by another satisfied patient. After all these years I agree and have referred others to his practice.

This morning I had a crown placed on a tooth that had broken no more gold inlays and having to come back for a second appointment. The work was done all in one day and the new tooth matches my others perfectly. Maria and Dr. Mays and Dr. Banks thoroughly explained the procedure prior to and as they worked and it was a pain free experience to boot!

My hygienist, Belle, keeps my teeth clean, always doing superb work. Dodie, in the front office, starts each visit off with a warm greeting.

Dr. Mays and Dr. Banks and the team at his practice have made my dental experience very pleasant. If a person is uncomfortable going to the dentist, this is the place to go.
